Perfect jerky is a bold claim, try is and you'll be convinced! Our starter recipe "Ol Reliable" is delicious, but the best part is that you get to see EXACTLY what goes into it AND change anything you want. The result? Jerky that bursts with flavor and hits you just the way you want it to.
What flavors do you like? Blended peppers? Wasabi? Orange Sauce? Green chili enchilada sauce? If you want to try it we're willing to make it. Whether you want to make a slight variation to an existing recipe, or throw a dart into your spice cabinet and see where it lands, we'll make whatever you want.
Once you make changes to a recipe and tune in all the flavors to your liking, the flavor is yours and posted on the site for all to enjoy. Your custom flavor might just be a little extra salt or heat, or it could be a unique off the wall concoction that only you enjoy.
