As the jerky will likely be delivered, you can pay when getting the jerky. Cash or venmo (@jerkybuilder) are the easiest.
Long story short, 1-2 weeks on a counter, around a month in the fridge. People have told me they kept it in the fridge much longer, but chances are you'll have it eaten before then.
Standard jerky needs to freeze to allow uniform slices, marinate about 6 hours, and dehydrate around the same time depending on the recipe. Depending on meat availability and your location you can expect your order within around 2-3 days.
Unless otherwise instructed I use just lean meats such as top or bottom round as it keeps your price low, as well as the fat . The thickness is left up to you but is kept at the standard thickness you're used to from store bought jerky.
Did you fly too close to the sun thinking your jerky idea would take the world by storm, but it ended up unbearable to even the most desperate of appetites? We suggest that you try one of the flavors before branching out too far, and while we encourage new and wild ideas, sometimes it's just not going to pan out.
If there is an issue with the quality of the ingredients then you can receive a full refund, otherwise all sales (or custom made abominations) are final.
