This has a little something for everyone. Equal parts teriyaki, soy, worcestershire with liquid smoke, cayenne, ground pepper, and garlic powder. Flavorful with just a smidgen of spice, this suits most jerky cravings and is a safe starting out point.
Courtesy of our customer Brian Roof, this is an interesting twist on typical jerky. Moving away from the typical sauces it uses Green Chili Enchilada sauce for marination, and freshly diced Jalapeno all over the meat puts it it a whole new level of a unique but delicious taste!
Courtesy of my kids, everyone has to start somewhere and has different tastes, that's the whole IDEA with Jerky Builder. Walking with that idea, we have a recipe that has all the standard great flavors of Ol' Reliable, but skips anything spicy. Be it little kids that like jerky, or adults who don't like the warmth, this one is the bark without the bite.
Courtesy of our customer Adolfo, you start with Ol Reliable, add some Asian Orange Sauce marinade, a couple chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and you have a tried and true recipe with an smokey orange tang to the end of an already flavorful roller-coaster.
Courtesy of our customer Morgan, this starts with a smaller dose of Ol Reliable so the Mango Marinade and diced habeneros can sing through. This gives a fruitier tasting jerky while still tasting like delicious jerky.
